GBS Agricultural Services Public Company Limited was incorporated as a public limited company under the Myanmar Companies Act with the company registration number (2384/2015-2016) dated (6-10-2015) issued by the Company Registration Office.
Subsequently, with the approval order No. (MONREC-1170/2016) dated (26-3-2016) issued by the Myanmar Investment Commission, the company commenced agricultural service operations on (5-5-2017) at No. (4), Zone (5), Kyunkone Township, Pathein District, Ayeyarwady Region.
It is the only public company among the companies under the Good Brothers Group of Companies, and as of 2025, it has a total of (232) shareholders.
